Implai (“we”, “us”, “Implai”) publishes independent reviews and guides on AI tools for SEO and content work. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit implai.digital, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect
- Newsletter signups — your email address, via Beehiiv, when you subscribe.
- Analytics — pages visited, referral source, device/browser type, approximate location (country/city level), collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message, if you use the contact form or email us directly.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Policy for full detail.
We do not collect payment information (we don’t sell anything directly on this site), and we do not require account creation to read content.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter, if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
- To understand which content and tools people find useful, so we test and write about the right things.
- To respond to contact form messages.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Data retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s default window (typically 12–24 months) unless configured otherwise. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the inquiry.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever this policy changes materially. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
